Adults need to sleep seven to nine hours a night for optimal health. Exercise

If you are stressed out and you don’t want to move due to a lot of college stress. One should try to start their days with meditation in order to promote healthy and stress less life. Meditation proves to be a helpful exercise for releasing stress.
